Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it says delivered and is not file a claim with UPS immediately, we are not responsible after the pickup. No Refunds if bag is OPEN!

Domestic Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at El Ranchito Jerky LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional 3-12 business days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates
All orders of 2 (6oz) or more get free shipping or $30 or more.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
El Ranchito Jerky LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
